To strengthen our finance team we are looking for you as Head of Accounting
(workload 60-80%) - also within the framework of a internship with practical project.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for monthly and quarterly reporting incl. accounts receivable and payable
  creditors
• Management and further development of accounting together with our Swiss employees
  and German trustees
• Preparation of VAT returns (CH, Germany & International (OSS))
• Collaboration on our business plan and liquidity planning
• Establishment and further development of controlling

What you bring with you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or a related field -
  ongoing or recently completed or professional apprenticeship in fiduciary services with further
  further training.
• Experience in accounting, international VAT an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility & pleasure in helping to shape a start-up
• Interest in international e-commerce

Dancing Queens is the online store for dance/fitness clothing & offers dance shoes for him & her for all styles. We are a Swiss Start Up, which was founded in 2019 and we want to become the biggest online store around dancing. We are known from Höhle der Löwen Switzerland. We now supply over 50 countries and are on the road at many festivals around the world. Dancing Queens Adding products to the range

- Set up and support cooperations with regional dance partners (e.g. dance venues, dance festivals, musicals, theaters, universities, dance websites, etc.)

- Direct sales directly at parties or festivals, also together with the Swiss team

-Further development of our Key City approach, in which you actively contribute your experience

Your profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communication or similar or several years of experience in sales / business development

- You are a real sales person and want to be the face of Dancing Queens in Berlin

- All-rounder with a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a start-up Independent and highly proactive, communicative

- Ideally, you are already well connected and familiar with the Berlin dance scene (dance style doesn't matter)

- Business fluent in German, English an advantage

- You live in Berlin You are open to traveling to Switzerland for a workshop

Description:
Our only physical store in Pfäffikon ZH has grown in importance and customers come from all over Switzerland and nearby countries to stock up on dance shoes and clothing. The store is also our Swiss warehouse location, where we also ship parcels and process returns. In addition, we would like you to occasionally work in Customer Care (e-mail, telephone) to provide our customers with a high-quality service.
