When is the right time?
Only with strong foot and core muscles can you dance safely and healthily "on pointe". Therefore: At least 1-2 years Classical training is mandatory before you put on your first pointe shoes. Your body must be ready!

Pointe shoes are as individual as your dance style. Get advice from a specialist shop – the fit, the hardness of the box, and the correct ligament tension must be perfectly suited to your feet. Only then can you avoid injuries and progress safely.
