Conditions of participation
Dancing Queens Raffle
- Raffle Organizer: The raffle is organized by Dancing Queens AG, Pilatusstr. 30, CH-8330 Pfäffikon.
- Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Europe. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participating.
- Entry Period: The raffle begins according to the respective post on Instagram/Facebook or 1 week after participating in a specific event where the contest tickets were distributed. Submissions received after this period will not be considered.
- Entry Requirements: To enter the raffle, participants must fulfill the steps as stated in the respective post or complete the contest ticket.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible participants. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram/Facebook or by email. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 5 days of notification and provide the necessary information.
- Prize: The exact prize will be announced in the raffle post on Instagram/Facebook or on the contest flyer. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent value if the announced prize is not available.
- Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the raffle will be used for the implementation of the raffle and marketing measures by Dancing Queens and treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the raffle.
- Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
- Miscellaneous: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions from the raffle, or to terminate or modify the raffle if necessary.
